Avery is graduating....

**Blogpress won't let me upload a photo. So fristraing because I have an adorable pic to share of the twins.**

From her helmet that is. Her little head has changed so much in the last two months. Now she is going to have to figure out that she can't bang into everything. She tends to do that a lot when she's rolling around....ha ha!!!

Running with mommy

I know this may not seem like a huge event to most people, but it is to me. Ever since the girls were born, it has been extremely difficult to find time to workout. As you might recall, before I got pregnant, I use to run a lot. This past Saturday I took the girls running for the first time. The girls had so much fun!! They talked and cooed the whole time. However, I was dying!!!! Wow....it is hard pushing a stroller while trying to run. Hopefully we will have many more runs in the near future. Fall weather needs to arrive first.

Fixin' Avery's flat

Avery has now been wearing her DOC band since August 8th.

The first 24 hours she wasn't so sure about it. Now it doesn't even phase her.

It is amazing the difference in just a few weeks. This is a picture of her head from our consultation with Cranial Technologies.

Here is a side view of her head from last week.

Her sweet little head is really rounding out. I've even noticed her face looks more long. Can't wait to see the end result. We are very happy so far.

7 months

Avery and Harper you are now 7 months old. I know I say this every month, but you are really growing way too fast. Before long you will be a year old. Mommy is not quite ready for that.

Avery you are still rolling all over the place. Before long I think you will be crawling. It is just a matter of time. You absolutely LOVE to bounce in the Jumperoo. You get so excited in it. Also, you have the cutest little belly laugh. You laugh pretty easily and you think your daddy is hilarious. Within the past month you started wearing a DOC band because you have a flat spot on the back of your head. We have noticed a huge difference in such a short amount of time.

Harper are rolling a lot more. In fact we find you on your belly a lot. You keep lifting up on your hands like you want to crawl. It will be a matter of time before that happens. Also, you have started saying baa, baa, baa a of the time. I'm still working on momma...maybe one day soon. Harper you love playing in the Jumperoo and Excersaucer. the toys are so fascinating to you. Also, you love to try and pet Madison. I'm sure the two of you will be best friends one day.

You both gravitate towards one another. I have no doubt you will be best friends. It is so neat to watch the two of you interact.

Sooner football has begun. The two of you were able to sport your OU attire. Boomer Sooner!!

Both of you are eating solids much better. Harper you seem to prefer solid food over your bottle. However, Avery you love your bottle. I think you would be thrilled if you didn't have to eat solids.

Can't wait to see how you change and grow over the next month. Sweet baby girls mommy and daddy love you to the moon and back!!

6 months

Dear sweet baby girls! I am so sorry I'm just now getting around to writing your 6 month post. You two have changed so much since then, it is hard to remember exactly what you were doing a month and a half ago.

Avery you are 14 lbs 5 oz and 26 inches. Harper you are 12 lbs 9 oz. and 25.5 inches. You are both growing so much and changing every single day.

Avery you roll EVERYWHERE, a couple of weeks ago we found you under the couch. Yes you read that correctly...under the couch!!! You are so happy and love exploring new things. You like to study people and objects before you will crack a smile. Avery you are so observant and cautious.

Harper are still working on rolling over. You are really good at it, you just prefer your back. You love to be held all of the time. Also, you are quite the snuggle bug. Any chance you get to snuggle you take advantage of it.

We gave you solid food for the first time. Avocados as a matter of fact. Neither of you prefer solid food at all. It will come with time!!!

Mommy and daddy love you so very much!!! I want you to always know you are loved and car
